-Two stage forced induction design based on M90 positive
displacement blower being fed by a large frame turbo (intended for GT47). As the
output pressure from the feed turbo is multiplied (not added) by the positive
displacement blower the system works best with a large frame turbo that can
supply high CFM at lower pressure ratios (10-15psi) (supplied with the car is a
T04Z turbo I was using for testing).-Fuel system, ignition and induction designed for 400-450rwkw
with a flat torque curve with my intention being then too upgrade the T04Z to a
GT47 and see what boundaries I could push.-Mechanical the twin charge setup is complete, It has been fitted
to the car and a first start done using the factory ECU (I have a video of
this). -After first start I lost interested and never ended up finishing
the process of getting it working on the Link G4 and starting the tunning
process.-Just about everything needed to get the car up and running
on a dyno is included in the sale. To get the car up and running the following is needed, 1.
Issue with cam sensor. No signal going to the link G4, replaced
sensor and magnet but still present.
Suspect a wiring issue. Running
in batch mode for first start.2.
First start was done using the factory injectors
& fuel pump. The new system needs to
be commissioned/leak tested.3.
Link G4 needs to be commissioned properly and
base tune loaded.4.
Wiring needs to be tidied up, It was thrown
together to get the first start and needs going over. 5. Car needs to be tuned.
Will make a great drift car!! Looking to sell the project as a whole at this stage.
