I have a spring-suspended car with a 16-year-old 3.0tdi engine, bought new.
I really like it visually, although the design was not appreciated by the target audience of large SUVs. Engine and drive. 3-liter diesel engine, four-wheel drive and 8-speed gearbox are the most reliable units of the entire concern.
In terms of interior quality, this is practically a new level compared to previous Audis. Shumka is better than in my old cars (Mercedes C-Class and Mercedes GLC). Plenty of luggage spaceike, plus a large number of options with which you can get anything, including a space price tag.
Fuel is really economical - you can get 7 on the highway, I have 11-12 in the city. The box works perfectly, the difference between the modes is visible, plus it quickly adapts.
There is not a single claim on reliability. Even the electrics have never glitched.
Now I would like to talk about the minuses, I will compare again with my Mercedes.
On the suspension. On my cartanovlena spring suspension, read for a long time about the family image of the car and so on. As a result, it turned out that the suspension is quite stiff, or rather very hard. Handling is on top, of course, but this is not what I expected from a family car.
The doors close a bit tight, you have to constantly clap. They write on the forum that closers are necessary equipment. The basic music, in my opinion, sounds just disgusting. In the Mercedes, I liked the audio system a lot more.
Not really like itXia is the build quality of the cabin, plus crickets are regularly found. But this, apparently, is a new disease of all German brands, that is Audi, that BMW, that Mercedes.
The shape of the steering wheel. I have a heated steering wheel, three-spoke, with everything you need, but its shape categorically does not suit me. The rim is very thin and flattened, hands get tired quickly holding it.
