Greeting MGB enthusiasts
I am now selling my beautiful Mk2 MGB. It features lovely fresh paint, a straight and rust free body and a clean original interior.
It is very strong mechanically with no oil leaks and of course has the very desirable overdrive. It is also an Australian assembled B and has likely been garaged and pampered all its life, which is probably why there is no rust issues.
No real areas of concern, just a couple of trimming jobs that I haven't got to yet, with the hood and front seat needing a couple of stitches - not big jobs by any stretch. A couple of the stainless body strips have minor imperfections which are easy repairs. Did I mention no oil leaks? Car also comes with a 1974 series grill which I prefer over the fish mouth, but haven't had time to fit.
Overall a lovely car and one that would be easy to take to the next level. I'm putting low 20s on this for a quick sale, but I would expect that an MGB enthusiast will see the great potential of turning this into a $30K plus vehicle with minimal cost and effort.
