DOES NEED RESTO,BUT ITS ALL THERE ALL CHROME WORK IN GREAT ORIGINAL CONDITIONINTERIOR ALSO IN GREAT ORIGINAL CONDITION ( APART FROM DRIVER SEAT )
PAINT WAS ORIGINALLY YELLOW NOW BLACK... HAS SOME RUST BUT GIVEN AGE OF CAR ITS MINIMAL
