Ford Mondeo St 2.2 TDCI blue Diesel Spares and repair, [hidden information] miles
Would make a good spare parts car or for someone to buy and break and make money of the parts
A couple of days ago I was getting the car ready for an MOT when I spotted a rust hole in one of the rear chassis rails, on the drivers side. The other side is fine and strong. which I don’t have the skills to fix myself.
Have just put brand new front lower suspension arms on (see picture), new front tyres and new numbers plates ready for its MOT before I found the hole. I only had rear brakes pads left to do before I put it in.
At beginning of last year it had new front springs, shocks/struts, top mount bearing, track rod ends, engine mount. Couple of months ago it had both front and rear anti-roll Bar bushes replacing Two weeks ago it had a brand new water pump fitted
Body work (mainly the bumpers) are in a poor state. Alloys are scuffed
Engine and gearbox pulls really well, Although clutch pedal feels near the floor
Someone might be able to weld the hole up, put some rear brakes pads on and put it in for MOT and see what happens.
