Up for sale is a clean 2007 BMW 328I wagon in beautiful montego blue metallic. I bought this car used from BMW of Beverly Hills about 18 months ago at 103k miles and have since put on less than 20k trouble free hwy miles as a daily commuter. Previous owner had extensive maintenance records. Inline 6 pulls strong and transmission shifts smooth with no issues (BMW's best & most reliable power terrain IMO). Since I've owned the car fully synthetic liqui moly oil changes every 5k miles have been performed (oil bought from FCP Euro online). Brand new brake pads all around (rotors in front) less than 3 months ago. New battery about a year ago. Tires with 50-60% tread life. Exterior of the car is 8/10 Paint is in excellent condition all around with only 3 little minor scratches behind the rear passenger door. One ding (see picture) on rear hatch door near rear windshield wiper (caused by me when I dropped a full metal hydro-flask when attempting to open hatch with my hands full groceries doh! ) 
Interior is in excellent shape 8/10 with no major rips, tears or stains. Dash in excellent shape, both cup holders fully functional, sunroof opens and closes with out issues as well as all four windows. Classic BMW pixel fade on the radio interface, minor chips/paint fade of plastic cubie near window switches on driver door. BMW's are notorious for the door lock acutator failure so I recently replaced the drivers side door lock acutator with genuine BMW parts myself which was a pain in the ass. I apprarently didn't do the job 100% so currently door will lock with key fob no problem but takes several unlocking attemps 5-10 to get it to unlock. I didn't want to go through the hassel of messing with it again so have left it as is. If your are mechanically inclinded I'm sure with a proper adjustment/install or even just lubercation the issue can easily be fixed. I also have a brand new passenger front door lock actuator that will be included in sale as they came as a pair when purchased (FCP Euro online) The only other con that is rear driver side door lock acuator is dead so it will need to be replaced. Door can only be opened from inside at this time. As I never had rear passengers I didn't bother me to fix. Front and rear passenger side locks fully functional. All in all this is a great car for the $, clean & tight handling. I have listed it well below the KBB with a NO RESERVE auction!
