For auction is 2004 Statesman. Its been in the (extended) family since new.Has mainly been used to travel between Sydney and Canberra, and down the South Coast.232,000kmsHave got most of the service history still stored.Car runs very well. The motor is stronng and transmission shifts nicely.New water pump fitted recently.Interior in fairly good condition, except for the tears in the leather as per pics.Hood lining not sagging at all.Air conditioning works great, as does all the interior features.Nokia bluetooth kit The not so good points: This was my dad's car, and he had previously attempted to repair the flaking clear coat...with a pressure pack.Thhe Drivers side rear quarter and passenger front guard will need to be resprayed. The passenger side tail light has a crack, and the chrome in the rear bar is dislodged. The rear tyres are OK, the front tyres are worn on the inner. The power steering doesnt work at idle, possibly a power steering switch (its fine when the revs are raised above idle). There is a vibration at highway speed, possibly a centre bearingThe windcreen will need to be replaced, as it has a very large crack in the centre of it (not in front of the driver)Also sounds like the drive belt tensioner is noisy. The car is registered until September, but please note, it is currently on a pensioner rego, so there may be a surcharge from the RMS for transfer. There is no reserve Zero feedback bidders will have their bid removed. Thank you
