The car drew effusive praise when introduced in 1984. It was over a full second quicker from 0-60 than the 911SC running the deed in 5.3 seconds. It made a healthy 200hp and could return 20 mpg in the city. It was and is a remarkably engineered sports car.
The example offered here is believed to be numbers matching with a little over 94,000 original miles. It comes with a clean carfax and runs and drives beautifully. Finished in Red over tan hides the car also features a period Momo fat rimmed steering wheel and has been fitted with interior door pulls.
