RESTORED 1983 CHEVY EL CAMINO CONQUISTA EDITION!!! RUST FREE!!! 350ci V8 POWER!!! automatic transmission, RUNS STRONG!!! weak 305 swap for capable 350. NEW driveline (engine, transmission, steering components, etc), suspension, Flowmaster dual exhaust, wheels, Dakota digital gauges, chrome trim, brakes, paint, etc. SOUNDS AWESOME!!! Runs, rides, drives, brakes terrific. Carb could use rebuilt or perhaps jetted correctly as it runs a little rough when 1st started but balances out and does not choke out once running at temperature. Interior is original and in very nice overall condition. Only a small square of carpet on the floor that has been replaced where the original manual transmission would have been. No obnoxious odors, no bad stains, no excessive wear. Headliner is clean and tight. Heat & AC, retro appearance AM/FM/Cassette player, power windows. New front fenders and door skins, and new (expensive) paint but unfortunately the work was a little less than quality so there are some runs in the clear and slight waves in the metal, etc. NO RUST AND NO FILLER!!! The underside of this El Camino looks awesome. She came out of AZ!!! The previous owner spent around 4 years with the car, getting it in great overall condition. Not show quality but it could be with some TLC and a few grand. A BADA** DRIVER!!! I found receipts totaling nearly $10,000 and that did not include the original cost of the car, shipping, engine, etc. The computer was removed by the previous owner so there is no need to ever worry about Big Brother while you are driving this RESTOMOD CLASSIC!!! Tires are in terrific condition with maybe only a few thousand miles on them. I set the mileage at the 1,596 on the title from the previous owner which shows as NON-ACTUAL (could have been 101,596? 201,596? who knows?) but the car has been turned into a nearly new car after everything it has had done to it. I found an appraisal sheet from 2018 showing $24,100 but I believe it is a bit high to cover any potential insurance total loss (it lists it as excellent but I would not call it as such). I have the original rims, a bunch of spare parts, owners literature, metal wall signs, clean title, etc. I am asking $14,900 OBO!!! Feel free to call/text Keith at Three Three Zero 933 Eight Four Eight Two with any questions or to request additional photos. Note: the dealer plate was used only for transport purposes and this car is being sold as is by an individual owner so there are no additional dealer fees or excessive taxes. Thank you for looking.
