:“A 1978 unrestored survivor - so you'll find is in similar condition to most cars of this era. Paint and decals are faded/some stains, drivers seat is split, the dashboard has had a cap placed on it. Some rust near rear bumper (as seen on most of these cars, due to the manufacturing design), in lower left door, and in engine bay. A very rare car in surprisingly nice original condition!”

Price: $39kPhone: 0431-737-778Postcode: 2221 Description:Affectionately known as “Alabama”, this 1978 Dodge Aspen Super Coupe is an all-matching-numbers Alabama Survivor car, with only one registered owner until 2019. As 1 of 533 ever made, it is the ONLY ONE TO EXIST IN AUSTRALIA. - 360ci Mopar V8- 727 Automatic 3-speed Gearbox This Malaise Era vehicle is an absolutely stand out on Australian roads, drawing attention and questions every time it’s taken out on the road. It’s a perfect cruiser if you’d like to enjoy its originality. But with the bulletproof Mopar 360/727 combo, it's just one stroker kit away from shaking off the tyres (if you’re chasing the weekend warrior route). Aside from some parts replaced in servicing, the car is virtually untouched from factory. It retains all the factory applied paintwork (albeit in a weathered patina), and many of the factory applied stickers can still be found around the car; a true testament to how original the car really is. Every time it is taken out on the road, someone will stop the car just to fulfil their curiosity. It has been used in multiple shoots; the car is extremely popular amongst filmmakers and photographers alike. In just a few months of being on the road in Australia, it has already featured in a USA TV Commercial, multiple music videos, a movie poster, a magazine, and there are talks of using it as the hero vehicle in a short film, based entirely around a muscle car (which in itself is offering the future owner income). Previously priced at AUD$45,000, the car is now on offer for $39,000 ONO. Original features:- Sable Tan Sunfire Metallic paint- Quarter window louvers- Large fender flares- Front and rear spoilers - Matte black hood- Matte black cutouts- red, blue, yellow side stripe All matching numbers- dash vin- radiator support- firewall- door sticker- engine- gearbox- original title (dated 1979) Parts/Extras:Genuine Owners manual2x official advertising brochures1970’s Full Page "Super Coupe" Magazine advertisementDodge Aspen postcard1978 Dodge Data Book (dealer book)1978 Color & Trim Selector (dealer book)1979 Alabama License Plate (as a novelty)NOS Battery TrayNOS Fuel sending unit2019 Huntsville Post Newspaper (from day it left Alabama)
