I started this project last year and just dont have the time for it anymore due to changing jobs. So far i have replaced the left front fender apron and battery apron, left and right front outer frame rails, driver torque box, driver floor support, driver toe board. The passenger floor support does not appear to need replaced but one comes with the car because it was included in a Dynacorn kit.
All of the glass is intact and original. The door hinges are in excellent shape and do not sag. It was parked and has been sitting since 1975 . Its originally a 302 car but the original motor was gone when I purchased the car. I am including a 72 351w motor to go with it. It was also a manual steering and manual brake car but am including all of the correct and original power steering parts and power disc brake parts. The original paint is still on the car. I removed the entire interior, including the dash, gauges, wiring harness and steering column, in order to access the floors easier. All of those parts will go with the car.
Car includes the following:
-original complete interior minus the carpet -the original numbers matching C4 transmission -a non original 351w -New dynacorn passenger floor support -new passenger toeboard -new left and right fender aprons (rear) -new left and right fender aprons (front installed) -new dynacorn complete full floor and plug kit -new dynacorn left and right seat risers -new dynacorn rear torque box covers -correct disc brake spindles w/ backing plates-correct disc brake pedal -correct bendix power brake booster -power disc brake proportioning valve -power steering cylinder -power steering box -power steering center link -freshly rebuilt p/s control valve -original headlight buckets plus a spare RH assembly -original underhood headlight harness (connections labeled, excellent shape, no cuts/splices) -original underdash harness (connections labeled, excellent shape, no cuts/splices) -original front driver and passenger seats (great shape) -original rear seat (small tear in the upper section) -all of the cars original parts, too many to list.
The car will need the usual Mustang metal work such as the floor, passenger quarter panel, trunk floor, and hood hinge fender aprons. A small patch also needs put in the side of the driver rear frame rail. The driver side rear fender apron has been removed and the new one is ready to be installed. The original fenders and front valance have been thrown away due to rotting and dents. The center hump is in excellent shape and doesn't need replaced but the new entire full floor will go with the car. You can replace the entire floor or just sections if you want.
