This 1963 VW
Karmann Ghia is a 2-door coupe. The vehicle had been stored for many years in a
barn in Ohio when I purchased it at the Hackenberger Auction in summer 2017
with another Karmann Ghia 1974, which is also for sale (see separate listing). The front hood has been slightly bent and will need some body
work, and neither side door opens because they have been bent at the front of the outside
door panel. Otherwise, the body is in very good condition. The flat 4 cylinder, air-cooled engine does not run. Unfortunately,
I have no time to restore this vehicle in the near future, so I wish to sell it
to free up space. Since 2017, the car has been stored in our heated warehouse close
to Detroit, and it has a Michigan title. The car makes a nice winter
restoration project, so I encourage all serious enthusiasts to inspect this
vehicle in person prior to the auction end. Unfortunately test driving is not
possible. Mileage is unknown. If you have any questions or
need any more pictures please give me a call [hidden information].
