I purchased this 1953 Cadillac series 62 coupe in September 2009 from California and imported it to British Columbia, Canada.  I used it as a parts car for a project I had at the time but it was in too good of shape to leave incomplete. Over the last while I have been collecting parts to make it all complete with a few extras.It was running and driving when I bought it but I pulled the wiring harness for my other car.  The engine is the original 331ci and the previous owner told me the heads had been rebuilt, new water pump, and rebuilt P/S pump. It all looks fresh and the engine bay was painted matte black although now is all dusty. The carb has been rebuilt and coated but has been sitting for a while. The windshield was new and there is a new chromed side window frame. The front bumper was re chromed years ago but is showing tiny rust spots up close. The front suspension and kingpins were rebuilt and air bags installed. The rear has a 4 link and air bag set up. I'm not sure if the welding is finished. The frame hasn't been notched but the rear crossmember has been modified. The air bags are installed but no compressors or tank.Floors are solid except for I very small area in the trunk which is shown in the photos. The rear tail section has been poorly repaired and should be re done. A piece of rust has been cut out of the drivers rocker also shown in the pics. rear quarters are solid, just a small amount of damage at the bottom front. The photos speak for themselves.It will need to be winched onto a truck or trailer and can be raised/lowered with an auxiliary air supply. Drivers rear tire has a slow leak.I have the original California title, registration and import paperwork with Canadian import stamp. I'm not sure what the process is to export back to the united States.The car is in storage at the moment and I don't live near by.  Pick up must be made between December 2nd and 7th unless prior arrangements are made and I can organize it with the property owner.
