**BUY IT NOW!!! $39,750.00!*** 1941 Lincoln Continental Coupe -Concours Restoration-Maroon -V12 -1 of 850First Place Senior Winner in the Classic Car Club of America National Competition When you decide to buy the "best", totally restored Classic or Collectible Automobile you can afford, it's because you have learned over time and maybe watched as others have lost tens of thousands of dollars restoring their vehicles. The truth about the "Best Buy", is that it is always going to be a vehicle that the seller has invested time and money into making it a high quality and "turn-key" example. You will buy it at a fraction of the cost, and save your valuable time as well as a great deal of money. Our seller notes that easily over $100,000 was invested. Purchased almost 40 years ago, the restoration was not started until 1988. After his retirement, he had more time to work on the restoration process. The work was finished by Classic and Exotic Services, a well-known restoration facility in Troy, MI. He figures that around 2010 it was finished, and then subsequently taken to the shows. It has been shown and judged at LCOC (Lincoln Continental Owners Club) and Eyes on Design in Grosse Pointe, where it was won numerous ribbons and awards. It has been featured in Lincoln Owner's Magazine. It was last shown several years ago. This 1941 Continental Coupe is a Multiple Concours Winner. It is finished in Volanta Coach Maroon with a full Maroon Red Leather interior. The finishing touches were completed at Classic & Exotic Service in Troy, MI. Our seller has been a collector "all of his life". Numerous enhancements include Stainless exhaust, radial tires, electric fuel pump, remote oil filter, and an Optima battery. It has an Overdrive Transmission and brake booster. He states that either period-correct or OEM parts were used. Seat belts have been professionally installed to increase safety and usability. All switches and gauges are operational. All chrome was freshly plated and exterior lights are functional. The tube style radio is working. Although not a "fresh" restoration, it was finished less than 500 miles ago and is well sorted to enjoy driving. It is ready to enter any level of Show or simply enjoy as Moving Piece of Art.
